Hewlett Packard at the CeBit

At the CeBit 2003, Hewlett Packard (HP) presented itself with an exceptional idea: a large number of video projectors was used to project films onto square-metre-sized transparencies in multimedia-based tree and spiral constructions.

The construction required sophisticated technical precision work. An accurate installation of the projectors was vital to the project. The exhibition system needed to be self-supporting, easily dissembled and adjustable.

In a short period of time, Steeltown realised the stylish HP multimedia-based experience according to the customer's construction plans.

Employer: Artlab Studies Messebau-Veranstaltungsservice GmbH
Requirements: Original realisation of a computer-generated construction - easily adjustable and dissembled and self-supporting.
Solution: Corporate assessment of the construction data. Adjustable arms made from powder-coated steel, compliant to all exhibition safety requirements.
